Statement of Faith

Online Christian Courses is an evangelical, inter-denominational Christian business. We seek to present evidence that the Bible is true. We do not require others in the body of Christ with whom we partner to hold certain positions on many of the doctrinal or theological debates that take place within the church. While we do believe that these issues are significant, our primary concerns are with the effects that false ideologies are having on the world and the body of believers (particularly our young people).

As a statement of faith, Online Christian Courses agrees with and holds to The Apostle’s Creed:

[We] believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.

[We] believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again; he ascended into heaven, he is seated at the right hand of the Father, and he will come again to judge the living and the dead.

[We] believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy [universal] church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. AMEN.

Refund Policy

When a student is placed on the class roster, income is committed to that teacher and the student is assured a spot in the class. Since most classes are limited in size your registration may prevent other students from registering for that class. We do realize that circumstances may arise which would prohibit you from taking a class for which you are registered. In that situation, this is our refund policy:

Dropping/withdrawing from a class BEFORE you begin the course:

For Basic/Self-paced courses: If you drop or withdraw from a class prior to beginning course work, you will be given a refund for the total course amount paid less 5% of any amount paid. For all other courses: If you drop or withdraw from a class prior to the first day of the course, you will be given a refund for the total course amount paid less 5% of any amount paid.

These fees are imposed due to processing fees charged to us during your registration and payment procedure.

Dropping/withdrawing from a class AFTER the course or customization begins –

For Basic/Self-paced courses: No refund is offered once the course material has been accessed or customization has begun.

For all other courses:

  • during the first 10% of the course period = total purchase amount minus 20%
  • during the next 11 – 25% of the course period = total purchase amount minus 40%
  • during the next 26 – 100% of the course period = no refund is offered

These fees are imposed due to processing fees charged to us during your registration and payment procedure. In addition, because we must work with the assumption that students enrolled in a course will complete the course, staff has been hired and course preparation, instruction and administration work has been completed by us in advance – including your student communication, assignments, teacher prep, notes, lessons, quiz creation, and many other duties performed for you.
